Little by little, angry farmers lifted the blockades installed on the roads of the Rhône and surrounding areas. After cleaning the road, certain roads were reopened to traffic on Friday. We take stock.

✔️ M7 near Pierre-Bénite

The farmers who blocked the M7 at the height of Pierre-Bénite since Monday January 29 broke camp late Friday morning. After cleaning the lanes, the metropolitan road is now completely reopened to traffic.

✔️ A6 toll from Villefranche/Limas

Supported by the FDSEA Ain-Rhône and young farmers since Monday January 29, the blockade of the Villefranche-Limas toll was lifted on Thursday January 1er February after 4 days of blockages. The A6 reopened to motorists in both directions Friday morning.

❌ A43, Saint-Quentin-Fallavier toll

The dam of the peasant confederation installed since Tuesday January 30 on the A43 at the Saint-Quentin-Fallavier toll (38) will remain in place at least until Saturday. The sector is still blocked from Lyon.

✔️ A89 near Tour-de-Salvagny

Farmers also left the scene at La Tour-de-Salvagny, the highway A89 reopened in both directions late Friday morning. The demonstrators had been there since Tuesday evening.

✔️ A7 near Vienne (Isère)

The farmers left the A7 near Chasse-sur-Rhône in the afternoon this Friday. After cleaning the roadway by Vinci Autoroutes, the axis reopened to traffic, in both directions, in the evening, Friday.

✔️ A46 south: Saint-Priest

Farmers from eastern Lyon blocked the access roundabout to the A46 south. The entrance and exit to Les Meurières (exit 12 “Saint-Priest center”) were closed. Impossible to access the D318 towards Lyon. At 3:30 p.m., the Rhône prefecture confirmed the reopening of this axis to traffic.
