Parisians stay at home. Initially scheduled from January 16 to 19 in Qatar and Saudi Arabia, the Paris Saint-Germain winter camp was finally postponed “in view of the health situation in France”, in the words of the Parisian club in
the official press release published on Wednesday.
“In view of the health situation in France, Paris Saint-Germain has decided to preserve the health of its staff and its players to postpone the Qatar Winter Tour 2022 and the friendly match in Riyadh”, which was scheduled for Wednesday January 19 against a selection of local players. However, no date has been set for a possible postponement.
Anyway, this decision should delight Mauricio Pochettino and his staff, who recently complained of not having enough time to work tactically with his group due to the incessant trips of the latter in selections or on the occasion of Christmas time.
