Rufus 3.19 Beta can adapt the system images of Windows 11 in such a way that, in addition to the various specifications such as TPM 2.0, Secure Boot and 4 GB RAM, there is no need to set up a Microsoft account in the Home Edition, which is aimed at home users. This allows a fresh installation with a local account.
Rufus bypasses TPM, Secure Boot, RAM and Account

Rufus 3.19 Beta Release Notes
A notice: In order to be able to install Windows 11 in the Professional Edition or the Home Edition with a local account, the network connection must be disconnected before the new installation. However, the known workarounds are not necessary, since Rufus takes care of them.
The new option gives hope, especially with regard to the release of Windows 11 22H2, which has already appeared as a preview. Because here Microsoft would like to expand the account and online compulsion even further.
An annoyance even for experienced users
The restrictions are a major annoyance for many users, which is why the first reactions from the community were extremely cautious to negative. Around 63 percent of readers do not want to install Microsoft’s new operating system for the time being.
The editors have also addressed this topic several times in reports and published corresponding how-to videos and tutorials with which Microsoft’s specifications can be circumvented.
Microsoft itself has already demonstrated how experienced users can force the Windows 11 setup on incompatible PCs by interfering with the registry.
