What are the constraints for recruiting agents?
Except that the profession is experiencing recruitment difficulties, while 50,000 security agents are expected for the 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games. And certain constraints limit the recruitment of candidates since the “ law for global security preserving freedoms” of May 2021. Thus, foreign nationals can only request prior authorization if they have held a residence permit for at least five years (article 23).
