The winner of the current Who Steals the Show? season has finally been decided. In today’s final broadcast, Lena Meyer-Landrut (32), Klaas Heufer-Umlauf (40), Joko Winterscheidt (45) and the wildcard winner Ella once again demonstrated their knowledge against the current presenter Sarah Connor (43). In an exciting final, Lena was finally able to beat Sarah prevail and “Who will steal the show?” win. A unique prize awaits the singer: she can now immortalize herself with a print of her face on the self-proclaimed “Walk of Brain” in front of the Studio Berlin.
The first person eliminated today was the wildcard winner Ella. Shortly afterwards, surprisingly, Joko had to leave the field. In the infamous teleprompter game Klaas and Lena initially a tie. With the help of a key question it was finally possible Lena prevail against their opponent. So she was allowed to move into the final round and compete against Sarah in a nerve-wracking quiz round. The former Eurovision Song Contest winner gave her all again and was able to win with a score of five to four against the “How beautiful you are” interpreter.
Viewers are less surprised by Lena’s win. “It was so clear that Lena would win tonight”writes one fan X. “Somehow today’s show seems so scripted to me. The whole time it seems like Lena should definitely win today,” says another user. “
