Surprise on “Who’s Stealing the Show?”: Sarah Connor has to sit out due to illness and is replaced by a colleague.

Klaas Heufer-Umlauf (40) will host “Who steals the show from me?” on Sunday (March 3rd). He was able to prevail against presenter Joko Winterscheidt (45) in the previous episode. However, the new moderator has to deal with a big change: because Sarah Connor (43) is missing from the show recorded a few months ago.

The moderator steps in as a replacement

When introducing its candidates, Heufer-Umlauf welcomes Katrin Bauerfeind (41) instead of Sarah Connor. The episode can be seen on Joyn PLUS+ before it is broadcast on TV. There the moderator explains the surprising change: The singer has a “severe cold,” which is why Katrin Bauerfeind is now sitting in her seat. The 41-year-old was able to step in at short notice because she is on set as the final presenter of each show anyway. So now she’s taking on a new role – and fighting for Sarah Connor to moderate the next issue. Bauerfeind explains on the show that she is confident that the singer will “be healthy again by next week.”

“Who’s stealing the show?” is already in its seventh season. In addition to Klaas Heufer-Umlauf and Sarah Connor, singer Lena Meyer-Landrut (32) is also fighting to take over Joko Winterscheidt’s (45) show. In addition, a wildcard candidate appears in each episode. ProSieben will show how Katrin Bauerfeind performs as Sarah Connor’s replacement on Sunday, March 3, 2024, from 8:15 p.m.
