In a new cooking show on Sat.1, well-known chefs challenge Frank Rosin to a duel. Whoever can convince the most guests at the end wins.

Sat.1 is launching a new cooking show in July: In the program “Who cooks the best for the guests?” becomes Frank Rosin (57) is challenged by a different chef in each show. The broadcaster announced this on Thursday (May 23). The special thing about the format: the opponents have to face a large jury – their 33 guests. This means that in three rounds, a total of 99 courses on 33 plates will be tried. Jana Ina Zarrella (47) will be the moderator for the evening.

The first challenger is Alexander Herrmann

In the first edition of “Who cooks the best for the guests?” Rosin faces two-star chef Alexander Herrmann (52). The show will be broadcast for the first time on July 3rd on Sat.1 at 8:15 p.m. However, the new cooking show will be streamed on Joyn seven days before it is broadcast on TV.

Rosin’s opponents for the next episodes have also already been decided: In the following weeks, the well-known TV chef will also duel with Cornelia Poletto (52), Johann Lafer (66), Ali Güngörmüs (47), Mario Lohninger (50) and The Duc Ngo (49). The same rule applies to these duels: whoever has the most guests on their side after three courses wins the show.
