“When You Saw Me” on Prime: Everyone dreams for themselves – culture

Anne Hathaway plays a woman who falls in love with a much younger man: “When You Saw Me” is almost an homage to “Notting Hill” – and one of those films that now end up directly on streaming platforms.

Only tortured souls go camping alone. So there must be something wrong with Solène (Anne Hathaway), otherwise she wouldn’t be looking forward to spending her vacation alone in the forest. But the August moon is stronger: When she delivers her daughter Izzy to her ex-husband, he puts a stop to her plans – urgent matters, of course. So Solène has to accompany Izzy and her friends to Coachella, where Papi has a meet and greet with Izzy’s favorite boy band for a tidy sum August Moon booked. If he could have saved himself, you should be careful with long-term planning with teenagers. Izzy’s crushes have long since moved on. But one of the boys in the band, Hayes (Nicholas Galitzine), immediately falls in love with her mother.
