What to do on the Côte d’Azur?

After a special edition in 2021, barely out of certain health restrictions, the Fête de la Musique returns this year in its usual format. In Nice, about fifteen events have been listed by the city to celebrate these 40 years of Fête de la Musique, from the hills of Nice, to the historic center via the north of the city. In the Principality too, the Fête de la Musique is celebrated. This year, the town hall brought the Lille rock group Skip The Use to the city’s port with DJ Afroman Radio as the opening act. In Cannes, the Cinema offers a preview session to discover the life and musical work of Elvis Presley through the eponymous film Elvis by Baz Luhrmann, notably with actors Austin Butler and Tom Hanks. The cinema complex promises a “surprise musical showcase” before the screening of the film which will take place at 9 p.m., in the “Aurore” room in the original version with French subtitles.

The Avener for a musical experience in Biot

In Biot, in the heart of Sophia Antipolis, the DJ from the electro house region The Avener will launch the season of the Mouratoglou Resort, a sports and hotel complex, and its festival, named after the sports coach Patrick Mouratoglou, this Tuesday, June 21 at 7:30 p.m. You can choose between a “dinner-concert” or the concert alone from different categories, from the rooftop to the terrace or by the pool, with your feet in the sand or on the lawn. More than 200 musicians in Mouans-Sartoux

HAS Mouans-Sartoux, between Grasse and Cannes, 13 stages, 34 groups and 200 musicians will be spread throughout the city. There will be something for everyone with rock, variety, musette but also African music to celebrate “this moment of reunion” in a “family and joyful spirit” and thus celebrate the arrival of summer.
