It’s one statement against another in the trial surrounding the violent death of a girl in the St. Josef child and youth welfare center in Wunsiedel. There is the defendant, 26, who is said to have raped the ten-year-old on an April night last year. He admitted this in interviews and in court. And there is the boy, twelve, who is said to have been present during the crime and held the girl. And the father of two also admitted that in front of whose eyes the man was said to have masturbated before the rape.
