Without too much surprise as he announced, the first measure that will be implemented by Jean Rottner is the Mobility / Training Pass. Because the start of the school year and university is approaching, “we must therefore be ready as quickly as possible to support and accompany our young people, to encourage them both to embark on a training course, but also to broaden their geographical perspectives”, explains the current president of the Grand-Est. Aware that some young people “refuse certain sectors because the training provided is too far from their initial place of life”, the candidate intends to facilitate their movements, “a key factor for integration”. As a reminder, the Mobility / Training Pass amounts to offering 1,000 euros to 10,000 young people entering training to enable them to finance their driving license, a car, or to combine a TER subscription with the purchase of a bicycle.
Laurent Jacobelli (RN), a conditional “free” driving license
For Laurent Jacobelli, A candidate for the National Rally, helping young people also means promoting their mobility. “A strong measure of the program concerns the driver’s license. Many, especially in rural areas, need it to travel, for their studies or to access their first job. Unfortunately today, the service by train or bus is not always ideal. The candidate therefore suggests to those under 25 who want to pass their license, that the region takes care of it, subject to limited hours. Eliane Romani (EELV) aims “an ecological transition income”
