On November 25th, 2023 it will be “Wetten, dass ..?” for the last time. The shipment comes from Offenburg. Moderator Thomas Gottschalk is expecting Matthias Schweighöfer, Jan Josef Liefers as well as Bastian Schweinsteiger and Ana Ivanović on the couch. Musically it should be a duet between Helene Fischer and Give Shirin David.
“It’s not easy for me either, but we agree: the great days of Saturday evening entertainment, which everyone is talking about on Monday, are over. I’m grateful that I was able to experience it and help shape it,” says Thomas Gottschalk his farewell. He has moderated a total of 153 “Wetten, dass ..?” editions so far. The other programs were presented by Frank Elstner, Wolfgang Lippert and Markus Lanz. Not only the four presenters, but also the stars and the bets have shaped the show for decades. Some performances were particularly memorable.
