Wertingen – Geocaching ends in Klinik – Bavaria

A man was seriously injured while geocaching in a forest near Wertingen (Dillingen an der Donau). According to the police, the 54-year-old was looking for a clue on a tree six meters high. To get to it, he pulled himself up the tree with a climbing rope on Sunday. He fell from a height of three meters. Rescue workers took him to the hospital in a helicopter.
