The official start of autumn is already behind us, but summer may not quite say goodbye yet. On the Upper Rhine it can even reach 28 degrees.

In pieces At the start of the week, Germany continues to experience very mild autumn weather with temperatures over 20 degrees. While it will be cloudy and raining at times in the north and east on Monday, it will be partly sunny in the southwest half, said the German Weather Service in Offenbach.

Temperatures climb to a maximum of 16 degrees in the northeast. In the rest of the country, values ​​between 16 and 24 degrees are possible. But it gets warmer and very mild from the foothills of the Alps to the Upper Rhine. Up to 28 degrees can be reached there.

There won’t be much change in the weather situation on Tuesday. According to meteorologists, it will remain cloudy and it may rain in the north and northeast. The sun is shining again in the south and southwest. Temperatures range between 14 degrees in the northeast and 26 degrees in the southwest. And on Wednesday the north has to expect clouds and partly rain and cloudy weather again. However, it will be a little warmer at 19 degrees. Towards the south it becomes increasingly sunny and temperatures can rise again to a summery 28 degrees.
