There were several traffic accidents due to snow and slipperiness on Friday morning in Bavaria. As the police announced, mainly minor damage to property occurred.
A woman was slightly injured in Regensburg. Her car skidded through the black ice and got into oncoming traffic. There the car crashed into another car.
According to the German Weather Service (DWD), black ice can also be expected on Saturday morning – for example at the Frankenhöhe and in southern Bavaria. At night there could be one to five centimeters of fresh snow in the Alps.
