After the calm and dry weather in the northwest on Thursday, driving rain and strong winds are back on Friday. To the east, you find in the morning a brighter sky than the day before, but more and more veiled. The rain reaches these regions before nightfall and the temperatures are still high.

Of the Brittany to the Pays de la Loire and in Normandy, heavy rains are circulating in the morning and the southerly wind is blowing strong with gusts of 100 km/h on the coast and up to 80 km/h inland. The rains become more intermittent in the afternoon before a recovery over Brittany the following night.

From Centre-Loire Valley to the Hauts-de-France and in Ile-de-France, the sky is overcast in the morning and the southerly wind is already blowing up to 60 km/h. The sometimes heavy rains arrive in the second part of the morning then become more scattered and weak in the afternoon. Maximum gusts reach 70 to 80 km / h inland and up to 100 km / h on the Opal Coast.

From Great East at theAuvergne-Rhône-Alpespassing through the Burgundy-Franche-Comte, low clouds and fog are frequent in the morning then give way to a very cloudy sky. The first rains arrive at midday from the west and are often sustained in the afternoon in the northeast. It snows above 1800 meters in the Northern Alps.

In PACA and in Corsica, the sky is bright in the morning, but often cloudy. This cloudy veil tends to thicken in the afternoon, but the impression of good weather dominates.

In Occitania and New Aquitaine, it is raining moderately north of the Garonne while the sky is cloudy in the south without precipitation. In the afternoon, the rains shifted over the Massif Central and the sky cleared more and more, south of the Garonne. On the other hand, the sky remains gray all day around the Gulf of Lion.
