Weather for the Spring Festival in Munich: It’s getting nicer and warmer – outlook for the weekend – Munich

Well, it wasn’t exactly spring-like on Friday afternoon when the spring festival started on the Theresienwiese, which is often called the “little sister of the Oktoberfest”. It was windy and drafty and nice and fresh for the bare legs of the boys in their lederhosen and the girls in their dirndls.

But what has to be, has to be, and so economics officer Clemens Baumgärtner tapped the first barrel after the audience had been attracted with free beer. The festival lasts until May 5th, it is during the week of 11 a.m. to 11 p.m open on weekends from 10 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. This year the Mass Beer costs 12.80 euros (Festhalle Bayernland, Augustiner) or 13.80 euros (Hippodrom, Spaten).
