Each of the four selections (England, Iran, United States and Wales) can indeed still qualify or be eliminated. We will focus here on the clash between neighbors, namely Wales-England (8 p.m.). Well, we have to be honest, the suspense is quite light concerning the Three Lions, who should lose by more than three goals against the band to Gareth Bale to go to the trap. But we are never safe from the “choke” of the decade, are we? The first place in the pool could more reasonably be in danger for Southgate and his men: they will have to win if Iran ever manages to beat the United States at the same time. And we know how important that could be when it comes to the final table. Where England casually rises in power, between a semi-final at the 2018 World Cup, then a final at Euro 2021. There is therefore only one more step to take to confirm this constant progress (at least in the results). Come on, we especially hope that the Welsh, revelations of Euro 2016 in France but very disappointing so far, will give us a hell of a match. Our suspenseful evening (or not) depends largely on them, it must be admitted.
