Vodafone offers its high-speed Internet connection in various download speeds from 50 Mbit/s to 1,000 Mbit/s. Which one is suitable depends, among other things, on the number of internet-capable devices in the household. Depending on which download speed you choose, new customers receive a starting credit of up to 120 euros when ordering online.

However, it should be noted that the monthly costs for the Internet connection do not remain the same. For example, if you decide on 1,000 Mbit/s, you pay 19.99 euros per month for the first nine months, after which the costs rise to 64.99 euros.

For anyone who would like cable television in addition to their internet connection, Vodafone offers the option of optionally booking GigaTV Cable. There is a selection of TV channels in HD (57) as well as channels in SD (87) and additional access to a large media library. New customers currently get this option free of charge for six months. After that, GigaTV costs 14.99 euros per month.

Alternative to the cable connection: Who is which option suitable for?

Until now, tenants in a house with an existing cable connection had no choice about which provider they watched television. This will change from July, when the so-called additional cost privilege will no longer apply. Which provider is the right one in the future depends largely on personal habits. If you watch a lot of TV, cable TV like Vodafone is a good choice. If you prefer series and films, you should alternatively choose a streaming provider or a TV stick.
