In Lüneburg, a man found his partner lifeless in the apartment. She was probably stabbed. The woman was pregnant.
A pregnant woman was stabbed to death in an apartment building in Lüneburg. The partner discovered the 36-year-old lifeless in the apartment on Friday and notified the neighbors, who immediately alerted the police.
The woman, a Tunisian citizen, suffered the stab wounds, according to investigations, in the morning at the apartment where she died. The officers found the possible instrument, a knife, in the apartment.
The investigators currently assumed a relationship crime and a social connection between the victim and the perpetrator, according to the police. There had been “at least one provisional arrest,” said police spokesman Kai Richter in the evening. The police did not want to provide any further information at the moment because of the ongoing investigation.
