“No single visit will solve our challenges overnight. But I hope this trip will build a solid and productive communication channel with China’s new economic team,” Yellen said Sunday morning in China before her departure. Bilateral meetings with senior Chinese officials over the past few days have been “direct, substantive and productive.”
