Video: South Korea – North Korea fires ballistic missiles again

STORY: According to the South Korean military, North Korea has again carried out missile tests. The South Korean military said the government in Pyongyang fired two ballistic missiles at the sea off its east coast on Monday morning. The Japan Coast Guard confirmed that two missiles fell in an area most likely outside Japan’s Exclusive Economic Zone, Japanese media reported. The missiles had a range of 350 kilometers and reached an altitude of 50 kilometers. The latest missile test coincided with a South Korean-US military exercise. Although the alliance partners ended their eleven-day maneuver “Freedom Shield 23” on Thursday, they are still continuing some field exercises. The Pyongyang government views the maneuvers as preparation for an invasion of the north and has increased its missile launches since the exercises began.
