And this mission also made a special impression on the athlete, who has already experienced a lot. “I don’t think that the altitude matters much to me, because I live 300 meters higher than La Paz, in Penas, and that’s why I’m very well acclimatized. And also because I train a lot in the mountains and in the high mountains. I have I’ve got used to it now, because I’ve been doing it for eight months now. But I felt the crossing in Chachacomani, because we were at almost 5,200 meters above sea level and on a glacier that made a big impression on me. That definitely influenced me a lot . But not so much here. ” What Miriam Campoleoni meant by “this” is her recent crossing between the houses of La Paz. With great serenity she hovered over the busy streets of the city.
