Chancellor Olaf Scholz has called for binding targets for the massive expansion of green electricity at the World Climate Conference in Dubai. The conference must decide that the expansion of renewable energies will be tripled by 2030 and that energy efficiency will double by then, he said in his speech in Dubai on Saturday.
