Video: Ohio: Injured after explosion in metal plant

STORY: Dense smoke rises from the rubble of a metal plant in Ohio. An explosion shook the industrial complex in Bedford, southeast of Cleveland, on Monday. The incident drew firefighters from across the northeast of the state to the scene. Eyewitnesses initially spoke of at least 14 injuries. Most suffered burns. “I have no idea why I didn’t get anything. The man back there threw something on his car,” said this eyewitness, who was surprised by the explosion while eating. According to the fire department, 13 people were taken to hospitals. At least one person was in critical condition on the way to the clinic. The blast happened about 70 miles northwest of East Palestine, Ohio, where a train loaded with toxic chemicals derailed earlier this month. Fire broke out and a cloud of smoke hung over the city. Thousands of people had to leave their apartments and houses at the time.
