North Korea could soon test nuclear weapons and ICBMs again. As state media reported on Thursday, the government is considering ending its self-imposed moratorium. North Korea had already tested short-range missiles four times this year, drawing fierce criticism from South Korea and Japan. However, tests of nuclear weapons and long-range missiles were suspended in 2017. At that time, the government under Kim Jong-Un started talks with the United States and South Korea. Since January, however, the USA has been trying to impose new sanctions on the isolated country. The joint military maneuvers with South Korea are also causing resentment in Pyongyang.
