Mexican Navy seizes drugs at sea
The suspected drug smugglers off the coast of Mexico were in a hurry for a reason. However, they had no chance against the helicopters and boats of the Mexican Navy. The authorities had previously noticed the speedboat due to its irregular movements. The boat with five people was stopped on the high seas near Ensenada in Baja California. On board, officers found several tons of methamphetamines and a bag of marijuana. There were also more than 3,500 liters of petrol. Now the public prosecutor’s office is investigating.
