After the strike ended early, Deutsche Bahn and GDL signaled their willingness to reach an agreement. “The railway no longer sets any preconditions,” said GDL boss Claus Weselsky on Monday in Berlin with a view to the planned negotiations over the next few weeks. “I think this is a big step in the right direction.” There will be no more strikes until the beginning of March.
