Around 3000 participants: Munich police dissolve demos against corona measures
In Munich, the police had to break up a demonstration against the federal government’s corona policy on Wednesday evening. Around 3,000 people gathered in several places in the city center without a permit. In doing so, they did not obey regulations such as wearing masks. Initially, the police announced the current general decree of the city of Munich, according to which non-registered, stationary and moving demonstrations are prohibited. Then there were whistles, boos and protests. According to local media, batons and pepper spray were also used when attempting to dissolve it. There have been isolated arrests.
Several hundred people gathered in the city center on Wednesday evening without prior notice.
