Uwe Bohm: That’s how he died

She did not announce the cause of death at the time, but now revealed more in the “Bild” newspaper. “After more than 80 films and outstanding theater roles, he would have liked to be a ‘Tatort’ commissioner. Cardiac death took away this opportunity and much more,” she explained to the newspaper. So far, it was only clear that there had been a “medical emergency”.

“Uwe was an outstanding actor with a strong personality, he always said straight what he thought. He was a very special and wonderful person and father,” said Bohm of the “Bild” newspaper. The couple have a 12-year-old son together. Not her husband’s only child. “In fact, he had five children, our son is very attached to the other sisters and brothers,” she explained.

widow says thank you

On Instagram, she thanked fans and friends for their great sympathy and also briefly mentioned the cause of his death. “Dear friends and admirers of Uwe’s acting skills, the whole family would like to thank you for all the love, sympathy and recognition of his talent that we have been able to experience in the last few hours. We are deeply touched. Uwe would have been very happy. Your recurring question about to answer the cause of death, Uwe died suddenly of cardiac death. All our love,” she wrote there.

Uwe Bohm is best known to television viewers as a villain, a role he was able to embody like few others.
