The young woman with the neon yellow bob wig waves happily when someone honks their horns as they drive by. She calls herself Reagan and is wearing a Beetlejuice costume this Friday night, just before Halloween. Next to her is her colleague Velveeta in a mini-jeans outfit with a pumpkin on her head, and next to them a good dozen other women who everyone on Lankershim Boulevard in North Hollywood knows – not just because they’re in crazy costumes: they’re dancers the “Star Garden Topless Dive Bar” and they want as few people to visit this topless bar as possible.
