Although he found no evidence for an indictment over the secret files in Biden’s garage, he did find damning details that he published in a report. He may have violated Justice Department guidelines. But it was Biden himself who exposed himself: Instead of apologizing for mistakes, he shifted responsibility to employees. He then claimed that his memory was intact, but immediately confused Mexico and Egypt.
