Two planes collide at a WWII commemoration air show in Texas. It is still unclear how many people were on board.
Two planes collided and crashed at an air show in Texas on Saturday. This was announced by the US aviation authority FAA at the request of the German Press Agency.
The accident happened in Dallas at an air show commemorating World War II. A bomber and a fighter plane from World War II collided.
On Friday, the United States celebrated Veterans Day, a holiday honoring veterans. It is still unclear how many people were on board the two machines, it said. The collision is being investigated. It was also initially unclear whether people were injured on the ground.
