US soldier Travis King should be released from North Korea – politics

On July 18th, Travis King went on an excursion that can be considered at least idiosyncratic and now seems to be coming to an end somewhat late. The US soldier, who was supposed to fly home from South Korea, first took a bus in Seoul and drove to Panmunjom on the North Korean border. There he took part in one of those tours for tourists through the demilitarized zone. Then, to the surprise of his companions and the rest of the world, King ran to the other side. He disappeared in North Korea.
