The idea of gods sweating is about as odd as James Bond going to the bathroom. In Unterhaching, of course, this Friday, October 21, it’s “Siegfried – gods’ sweat and hero’s blood”: the “funniest hero worship since linden leaves have existed” has been announced: Severin Groebner and Constanze Lindner, known from cabaret, play the main roles as Siegfried and Kriemhild in this thoroughly crazy “Germanical”. Anyone who tends to smile more inwardly and prefers a more sublime sense of humor might be better off at the Kubiz on Sunday, October 23: the cabaret artist Thomas Freitag will then present his program “Behind us the future” and ask the important question: Where does it come from human inability to learn from past mistakes? Freitag, one of the veterans of political cabaret and also known as a great parodist, tries to find an answer by playing, reading and telling stories. He takes stock and looks ahead at the same time.
