Unity Adds Support for 13 Crypto Platforms, Including MetaMask, Tezos

Video game development platform Unity has added support for a number of crypto platforms to its asset store with the aim of helping developers interested in Web3 technology improve their decentralization efforts.

Unity said on Feb. 28 that it had launched a category page. New “decentralization” in the asset store by supporting “validated” crypto platforms to support developers interested in integrating decentralization into their projects.

Crypto wallet provider MetaMask is one of 13 supported platforms, adding a Software Development Kit (SDK) to help developers enable users to connect their MetaMask wallet to “any game developed on Unity.”

Along with Solana, Tezos has also added their SDK alongside the Immutable X developer platform for those looking to create Web3 games on the Ethereum blockchain.

This will allow developers to modify it. This allows players to create, acquire, or acquire in-game resources. Which can later be traded or sold according to Unity.

Unity’s 13 supported SDKs also include Algorand, Aptos, Dapper Labs’ Flow blockchain, Immutable X, MetaMask, Solana, and Tezos.
