In a funny clip, Barbara Schöneberger joked about the sound problems in her first edition of “Do you understand fun?”

Your first edition of “Do you understand fun?” was a success for Barbara Schöneberger. The sound problems at the beginning are now turning into a running gag.

Barbara Schöneberger (48) made her moderation debut on “Do you understand fun?” last Saturday. (The first) given. Right at the beginning there were sound problems, so you couldn’t hear their opening with vocals on TV. This did not detract from the ratings success of the show. And Schöneberger can now also laugh about the audio breakdown, as she proves with a funny clip.

She posted a video on Instagram, which apparently originated in the mask. In it, Schöneberger is being made up and is apparently having a lively chat with the make-up artist. “Well, how was your weekend, Barbara?” she is asked. However, Schöneberger’s answer cannot be heard: the lips move and she gestures, but there is no sound. “You know what I mean,” wrote the presenter under the clip.

Stars and fans are amused by the Instagram post. Moderator Jana Ina Zarrella (45) put numerous laughter emojis under the video, actress Diana Amft (46) wrote: “It won’t be easier now that the mute button has been discovered…”. “I thought I had to turn up the volume,” joked another Instagram user.

The show can now also be called up without sound problems

ARD has now put the show online without the audio breakdown. On the YouTube channel of “Do you understand fun?” is about the fully restored opening to see. The show can now also be called up in the ARD media library without disruption.

In a comment, those responsible for the SWR broadcast also let the fans know: “Our technology spent almost two days tinkering, reconstructing soundtracks and editing them together and we can finally offer a trouble-free link to the entire broadcast.”

The audio glitch on “Do you understand fun?” the SWR reasoned as follows: “In the technical triangle between Berlin, Baden-Baden and Frankfurt, ‘Do you understand fun?’ Temporarily lost sound during TV broadcast.”
