6:30 a.m .: Ukrainian intelligence chief does not see Beijing delivering weapons to Moscow

Despite the American accusations, firmly denied by Beijing, the head of the Ukrainian intelligence services, Kyrylo Boudanov, claims to see “no sign” that would lead him to believe that China will deliver arms to Russia. “I don’t share that opinion,” he said in a Feb. 25 interview that aired Monday on Voice of America radio.

Iran is “virtually the only country that transfers more or less serious weapons to Russia”, he added. “There were reports that something came from North Korea, but we don’t have confirmation. There is not a single case where we would have registered a weapon here from North Korea,” he continued.
