People in Ukraine are reluctant to blame the president, at least in public. There are quite a few points that are held against him.

One of the things that all Ukrainians have in common is a belief in victory and a reluctance to publicly criticize their leadership. Finding someone who expresses dissatisfaction with the government, possibly even with President Volodymyr Zelensky, is virtually impossible. Any semblance of discord in Ukrainian society would be fodder for Russian propaganda, which lurks only to exploit signs of weakness. Nobody wants to be accused of that.
