Among other things, he is said to have betrayed the locations of Ukrainian troops. In May last year, the 47-year-old Ukrainian was arrested by counterintelligence.

In western Ukraine, a man has been sentenced to life imprisonment for his cooperation with Russia. The SBU secret service said the 47-year-old had provided information about the locations of Ukrainian troops and strategically important companies in the west of the country. It was also about the results of rocket attacks on transport routes and industrial objects in western Ukraine.

The resident of the city of Lviv was only recruited by Russian services after the Russian invasion almost 15 months ago because of his activities in Russian Telegram channels as a war collaborator. The Ukrainian counterintelligence then arrested him in May last year. The verdict is not yet legally binding.
