Conference League: solvable tasks for Eintracht Frankfurt

In the draw for the Conference League, Eintracht Frankfurt received solvable tasks. The Hessians meet the Greek runners-up and clubs from Finland and Scotland.

Eintracht Frankfurt has received solvable tasks for the group phase in the Conference League. In Group G, the Bundesliga club meets Greek runners-up PAOK Saloniki, Finnish champions HJK Helsinki and FC Aberdeen from Scotland. That was the result of Friday’s draw in Monaco.

The Hessians, who won the Europa League in 2022 and were in the Champions League for the first time last season, qualified for the group stage on Thursday evening with a 2-0 win in the playoff second leg against Levski Sofia.

Conference League: Final in Athens

The first group matchday will be on September 21st, the last on December 14th. The eight group winners qualify directly for the round of 16, while the second-placed teams have to play the eight third-placed teams from the Europa League in the play-off round. The final will take place on May 29, 2024 in Athens.
