Two young people attack a kiosk on the Schloßleite in Grünwald – Munich

Two masked 13-year-olds are said to have attacked the “Brückenwirt” kiosk on the Schloßleite in Grünwald on Friday afternoon. According to police, they threatened a 75-year-old employee with a knife and a gun. The perpetrators stole several hundred euros and fled on foot. The 75-year-old was unharmed.

The police immediately launched a search and discovered the two children shortly after the attack on a small gravel island between the Isar Canal and the Isar. One boy was arrested, the other initially escaped. An officer followed him and repeatedly asked him to stop. He didn’t, so the cop ended up firing warning shots into the air. The 13-year-old then allowed himself to be arrested.

The loot was seized, but knives and firearms were not found. One officer broke his leg while pursuing through the rough terrain. Due to their age, the children are under criminal responsibility and have been handed over to their parents.
