A man threatened two police officers with a knife this Monday morning at the Gare du Nord in Paris. The two officers fired back, according to a police source.
No remarks of a terrorist nature were made. At the microphone Apolline de Malherbe on RMC this Monday morning, the Minister Delegate for Transport Jean-Baptiste Djebbari declared that the terrorist track is “a priori at this stage” dismissed.
“A priori, it is someone who is known to the police to wander in the station. He allegedly assaulted them with a knife, which led the police to use their weapon. I have no more information than that, ”added the minister.
