Two giant screens in the city center to support the Canaries in the final

Rebelote. Like last year, FC Nantes managed to qualify, against all odds, in the final of the Coupe de France. A final that he will play on April 29 at the Stade de France against Toulouse or Annecy. And like last year, the town hall of Nantes has decided to install two giant screens in the city center to follow the event from a distance. The two screens will be positioned in Cours Saint-André and Cours Saint-Pierre, near the cathedral.

Some 20,000 people gathered there on May 7 to witness the success of the FCN in the final against Nice (1-0). The euphoria had been, that evening, total in the city, in particular on the courses.

If they manage to repeat the feat on April 29, the Canaries would win the fifth Coupe de France in their history. Wednesday evening, the qualification at the Beaujoire stadium gave rise to scenes of jubilation at the final whistle, the lawn having been invaded in a festive atmosphere.

FC Nantes will receive Monaco on Sunday at 5 p.m. at the Beaujoire stadium for an extremely important league match since maintaining Ligue 1 is far from certain.
