Two young children were found locked on the balcony of an apartment, in diapers, in Montpellier (Hérault), Saturday morning, learned 20 minutes with the police services. It was witnesses who alerted the police.
When the police arrived on the scene, they found that the mother of the two children was in the apartment. According to the first elements reported by the police, the conditions in which the two children lived were not suitable, in terms of unsanitary conditions. They were immediately entrusted to a children’s home. The mother will be accompanied by specialized services.
