Twitter users call for the corona vaccination under the hashtag #allesindenArm. The campaign receives a lot of support from numerous celebrities.

Under the hashtag #allesindenArm, celebrities and other users have campaigned for a corona vaccination on Twitter. “Hello. I’m Igor Levit and I’m a pianist. I have been vaccinated. Science and solidarity are the way out of the pandemic. Therefore: Get vaccinated! #AllesindenArm,” wrote the star pianist Levit on Sunday, for example. Many others posted statements with similar wording.

Actress Verena Altenberger, actor Marcus Mittermeier, comedian Torsten Sträter and SPD politician Manuela Schwesig also took part. Virologist Melanie Brinkmann also posted a statement – just like rapper Smudo. There were more than 61,000 tweets on the hashtag by Monday morning.

The name of the campaign is strongly reminiscent of the past campaigns #allesdichtmachen and #allesaufdentisch, which criticized the federal government’s corona policy and in some cases represented positions critical of the vaccination. Many prominent faces were also represented.
