Twitch Co-Founder Justin Kan Launches NFT Games Marketplace Fractal

Justin Kan, co-founder of live video streaming service Twitch and other gaming industry entrepreneurs, is launching an NFT marketplace on Solana designed for games called Fractal.

Fractal will serve as the main market. In which game companies will be able to place new products for fans as well as a secondary market where users can sell NFTs to each other. The Fractal team also hopes to develop new use cases for NFTs in gaming, Kan writes in a blog post. post Medium

Other founders of Fractal include Robin Chan, founder of mobile game company XPD Media and game development giant Zynga, and Mike Angell, who previously worked at Fast and Shopify.

Investor interest in blockchain gaming has grown rapidly in the past few months. Companies such as CoinFund and Multicoin Capital have been funding blockchain gaming startups. Even the popular NFT project Bored Ape Yacht Club is expected to make blockchain gaming in Q2 next year through a partnership with Animoca.
