The commercial vehicle manufacturer Traton, which belongs to the Volkswagen Group, is reorganizing its management board. Catharina Modahl Nilsson will be responsible for the “Global Product Management” department on the board, the company announced. Her job is to advance the further development of the Traton modular system. Nilsson has been in charge of product management since early 2022 and was previously responsible for research at the Swedish company Permobil. Levin’s contract is extended by five years. For this, HR director Bernd Osterloh and CFO Annette Danielski must leave the board before their contracts expire. The background is that the board should not be expanded. Responsibility for the finance and human resources departments will be combined in the future.
