The rapper Bushido and a former business partner want to separate. But who gets to keep the houses they once purchased together?

The civil trial between the rapper Bushido and his former business partner for several apartments has begun. Both appeared in person on Wednesday – as requested by the Higher Regional Court in Brandenburg an der Havel. With Bushido in particular, it was previously unclear whether he would travel from his adopted home of Dubai for the appointment.

The trial involves seven houses that both men purchased together. After several arguments, both want to part ways on business. The question now is who gets to keep the houses and what amount each person has to pay out to the other.

The trial is part of a series of legal disputes between the two. Most recently, the rapper – whose real name is Anis Mohamed Ferchichi – was involved in a civil lawsuit against his ex-business partner Arafat A.-Ch. to be right by a sum of millions. The court confirmed that there was no management contract between the two.
