Six-year-old daughter taken on sex dates: prison sentences

A mother engaged in paid sex acts in front of her young daughter for years. Among other things, the child had to film a sex meeting with an older man. A verdict has now been announced.
A 35-year-old woman has been sentenced to three years and nine months in prison because she practiced sexual acts in front of her six-year-old daughter for years. The Tübingen district court found the mother guilty of sexual abuse, some of which was severe, in 33 cases. Because, according to the verdict, she also took nude photos of her daughter and her had given sex partners, the woman was also convicted of producing child pornography.
Her sex partner, who is 32 years her senior, was sentenced to two years and nine months in prison, among other things, for instigating the sometimes serious sexual abuse in 31 cases and sexual abuse. The 67-year-old is said to have paid the woman for sex, and he is said to have offered even more for the presence of the daughter and the production of child pornography.
Judge: Girl robbed of childhood
The judge spoke of a very stressful and turbulent process. The facts are difficult to put into words, and some aspects of the case would leave you speechless. The girl was deprived of her childhood, the judge said. The perpetrators would have gotten into it with their eyes wide open. That’s stunned.
The public prosecutor’s office had accused the two of them in the partly non-public proceedings of having had the woman’s daughter with them on sex dates in Altensteig, southwest of Stuttgart. In at least one case, the court found that the girl had to film the scenes. Again and again she had to document her mother’s masturbation and pose in front of the camera herself.
According to the indictment, the acts are said to have taken place between September 2013 and March 2018. Among other things, the meetings are said to have taken place in a forest in the hold of a minibus.
As the judge explained, there was a code name for the child: “palm tree”. That was a nickname for the child, the accused said in an earlier court hearing. The whole thing was very uncomfortable for him. In the process, the pensioner had rejected the allegations. He didn’t demand and didn’t want the girl to be there, he explained. The court saw things differently after the hearing of evidence was completed on Wednesday. The mother had made a confession in the process and apologized to the daughter.
Girl fled from his mother
In 2018 the child left the mother and fled to the care of a family friend. Three years later, she confided in a caregiver at a group home where she lived. A police report followed. The girl had joined the proceedings before the Large Youth Chamber as a joint plaintiff. The judge described her as an incredibly brave young woman. According to the verdict, she is entitled to compensation for pain and suffering.
The verdict is not yet legally binding. An appeal could be filed within a week, it said.
